We offer two shipping options within the U.S.:

• Standard Shipping (7-15 business days) – $12.59 (Free for orders over $60)
• Expedited Shipping (3-7 business days) – $20.00

2. Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@shopnserxt.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4. Shipping Address

Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

5. Free Shipping Offers

We offer free Standard Shipping for orders over $60 within the U.S. Terms may apply during promotions.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the U.S. International shipping will be available soon.
